Prerequisites for joining PsyMood as a specialist:

  • Minimum 2 years of mental health counselling experience.
  • Certification or extensive experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or other kinds of therapy.
  • DBT, ACT, and trauma training are very valuable assets for us.
  • An overview of your spoken languages and fluency.

Review these requirements to get started:

  • Sign up and provide information to match you with individuals.
  • Current resume.
  • Proof of your degree.
  • Proof of liability insurance.
  • Brief biography including specializations and practice areas.
  • Professional high-resolution photo.
  • Minimum of 5 hours per week availability.

Registration with any of the following colleges is an asset:

  • College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
  • Ordre des Psychologues du Québec.
  • College of Counselling Therapy of Alberta.
  • College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick.
  • Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists.

Prepare the following essentials:
